WEL is implementing a five (5) years project called Financial Inclusion for Youth and MSMEs in Agriculture (FIYMA) in 28 Counties. This project aims to remove systemic barriers to financial inclusion and creating sustainable economic opportunities for financially disadvantaged young people in Kenya targeting young women, men, PWDs and refugees. The project will target financially disadvantaged young people and youth-owned or youth-controlled MSMEs within six priority agricultural value chains which include Dairy, Livestock and poultry, Fisheries and aquaculture, Irish potatoes, Pulses, Fruits and vegetables.
To support implementation of this project, WEL seeks to recruit a dynamic, result-oriented individuals to serve as Community Gender Champions (CGCs) and Trainers of Trainers (ToTs).

This engagement will last for five (5) years, subject to periodic review, with the possibility of annual renewal based on performance, available funding, and mutual agreement.
