Internship

Internship opportunities provide hands-on work experience at WEL for students or recent graduates, typically temporary and focused on learning and improving one's skills on the particular area of study.

Consultants

Consultants are hired professionals by WEL who provide expert advice and solutions to the organization. They bring specialized knowledge, skills, and experience to address specific challenges, improve processes, or achieve strategic goals. Consultants often work on WEL's project basis and may be external advisors or part of a consulting firm. Their role is to analyze problems, offer recommendations, and assist in implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Pro bono

Pro bono work refers to professional services provided voluntarily and without charge, typically to support a social cause or contribute to the greater good. Professionals, such as lawyers, consultants, or other experts, offer their skills and expertise free of charge to organizations in need. WEL welcomes any individual or organization that wishes to offer their services Pro bono. This engagements aim to address issues related to social justice, community development, or nonprofit initiatives. It allows professionals to contribute to positive social impact while utilizing their expertise for the benefit of those who may not have the financial means to access such services.
